805 Power Wash LLC (“805 PowerWash,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through 805powerwash.com, how we use it, and the privacy rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
The short version: We only collect the details you choose to give us — through our quote form or when you call. We use them to respond to you and provide service. We use a privacy-first Google Analytics setup (only after you accept the cookie banner) to understand site traffic. We never sell or share your personal information and we don’t run ads.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what you provide and the minimal technical data needed to run the site securely. We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment-card details through this site, precise (GPS) location, biometric data, or other sensitive personal information.

2. How we use your information

- To schedule, perform, and follow up on the services you ask about.
- To communicate with you about your request or job.
- To keep the website secure, working, and protected from abuse.
- To comply with the law and our legal obligations.
We use your information only for these purposes and reasonably related ones — never for unrelated purposes without telling you first.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t share your personal information except with a small number of service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform work on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts and secures the website, runs the form-handling service, and processes basic request logs.
- Google LLC — provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which (only with your consent) collect anonymized usage statistics. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off, and IP addresses are not stored in full.
These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the past 12 months. Because we don’t, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action needed — but you’re always welcome to confirm this with us.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, traffic sources, and which contact actions are taken.
- Consent first. Analytics is off by default. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and only privacy-preserving, cookieless signals are sent.
- Cookies used (only after Accept): Google Analytics sets
_gaand_ga_<id>cookies (typically up to 2 years) to count repeat visits. We also store a small first-partypw_consentcookie (1 year) to remember your choice. - Privacy settings: Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled, and full IP addresses are not retained. We do not use analytics data for advertising, and it is never sold or shared.
- Changing your mind: use the Cookie settings link (also in the site footer) to reopen the banner and change your choice, or clear cookies in your browser.
Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading the page itself sends no information to third parties before you make a choice.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the information you send only as long as we need it to respond to you and for ordinary business records, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see your rights below). Aggregated Google Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months.
7. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we’ve collected about you, and how we use and disclose it.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though we don’t sell or share it.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — though we don’t collect any.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will never deny service, charge more, or provide a lesser experience because you used your privacy rights.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming details that match what we already have. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires (generally 45 days, with an extension if needed).
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
